The deposit makes sure participants are genuinely committed to learning and contributing. It is fully refundable when you complete your commitments. Without a deposit, we found that some people misused the resources, so this safeguard keeps the program focused and sustainable.

If you are not working and cannot afford deposit, and need exception on the deposit, please send a separate mail explaining your situation and we can make exceptions.

You can always choose to take an Azure Pay-As-You-Go subscription on your own, but you’ll have to cover all the usage costs yourself. For many services, especially AI-related services, these costs can become very high. With FL2L, you not only save on these expenses but also get access to 300+ ready-to-practice lab recipes, live classes, and community-driven learning — all at no extra cost.

The program is free with a refundable deposit, which ensures participants are genuinely interested in learning and contributing. In the past, when no deposit was required, some people misused the resources for activities unrelated to learning, so this safeguard helps keep the program focused and sustainable. If you are doing FL2L as a full-time internship, we may even waive up to 99% of the deposit, making it accessible while still ensuring commitment.

To participate in the BuddyTutor FL2L Program (Without 4MCEA), you must confirm that you have read and agreed to the policies listed below by sending an email as mentioned below.

BuddyTutor FL2L (Without 4MCEA) Program Policies

1. I agree to commit a minimum of 2 hours per day for lab preparation for 5 days a week. If you miss any day or spend less time, compensate within 7 days. 
2. Deposit will be returned as cash within India/Canada. For other regions it will be returned as credits that you can use to buy future courses or products.
3. Share daily updates in our Azure Cloud Facebook private group and the community WhatsApp group. Updates must be posted within 24 hours of your lab time each day.
4. Choose at least 5 working days in a week and at least 2-hour time window on those days. These should not overlap with any sessions times. The timing must be the same on all days where it overlaps with sessions. In that case, choose a different time to avoid conflict.
5. If unable to join or complete a task, inform the team in advance. In emergencies, notify the group without waiting for approval. Valid reasons will be accommodated.
6. Track daily updates and screenshots in a Word document. Share the proof of work every week on the last working day (e.g., Friday if working Monday to Friday).
7. Failing to meet guidelines will result in forfeiture of the deposit and require re-enrollment. First failure leads to deposit forfeiture; second failure requires re-enrollment.
8. All participants must maintain professional behavior and respectful communication at all times during meetings, group discussions, online chats, and any other program-related interactions. Disrespectful behavior — including but not limited to raising your voice, using rude or offensive language, personal attacks, or any other unprofessional conduct — will not be tolerated. If a participant is found, after review of facts, to have engaged in such behavior, they may be removed from the program immediately and will forfeit their deposit without refund.
9. The refundable deposit will be returned within 30 days after successful completion of the program, provided all rules are followed.
10. I will not get access to 4MCEA if I choose the FL2L without 4MCEA option (current selected option). If I need access to 4MCEA as well, I need to send email as mentioned in the FAQ How can I get started with FL2L with 4MCEA for free with deposit?

I agree to an additional 30 minutes per day towards community work.

3. Tasks may include tasks such as preparing lab documents, quizzes, or other mutually agreed activities at the start between you and BuddyTutor. If no task or group is assigned, prioritize any pending task from the previous day or week. If no pending tasks exist, watch a video from Cloudericks or CodingArchitect YouTube channels and share a summary of what you learned as an update.
4. Share daily updates in our Azure Cloud Facebook private group and the community WhatsApp group. Updates must be posted within 24 hours of your lab time each day. 
5. You need to engage on all team member posts on various groups through comments (e.g. feedback), shares, or just a like.
6. Choose 5 working days and a 2-hour time window on those days. These should not overlap with any sessions times. Community work for 4MCEA need not be scheduled upfront unless there is a task than need coordination. The timing must be the same on all days where it overlaps with sessions. In that case, choose a different time to avoid conflict.
7. To demonstrate commitment, share updates consistently for the first 7 days before being added to the complete program and groups.

FL2L students have free complementary access to KESG Study group during their enrolment period. After the FL2L enrolment, read group policies from the KESG page, submit the KYC form, and request over WhatsApp number given in the page with all details as mentioned.

The internship program is free to join for all BuddyTutor FL2L participants.
