Azure Access Request Form

You can request Azure Access for completing lab exercises or working on projects associated with your course. The KEWA (WhatsApp) group membership is a prerequisite for Azure access, as we provide lab support via KEWA group and its 24/7 Zoom meetings. When you enroll in an Azure live course, you'll receive a complimentary KEWA membership.

Rules and Guidelines for Azure Cloud Access

Form Submission – Fill out and submit the Azure cloud access form to get approval.
Resource Group Allocation – You will be assigned a resource group; create resources only inside it.
Lab Session Resource Use – A lab session is continuous work and may include multiple labs but not carry over to another day.
Resource Group Deletion – Delete the resource group at the end of every lab session.
Extended Labs – If your lab continues beyond the session, delete the group or request approval to keep it.
Unauthorized Retention – Keeping a group without approval may lead to penalties or access removal.
Educational Use Only – Use your Azure access only for labs or project tasks assigned by your instructor.
Follow Security Practices – Protect credentials, handle data responsibly, and avoid unauthorized services.
Cost Awareness – Always choose the least costly resources where possible.
Policy Violations – Misuse, unauthorized use, or breaking security rules can lead to immediate revocation of access, removal from the course, and disciplinary action.

Azure Access Form

You must check your email and confirm your subscription before access is granted to ensure you have entered the email correctly. Check your spam folder also. Please also make sure you enter the WhatsApp number that is part of the KEWA Azure group. For any queries or doubts, please ask in your KEWA group.
