Azure Access Request

You can request Azure Access on this page, which is necessary for completing lab exercises or working on projects associated with your course.

The KEWA (WhatsApp) group membership is a prerequisite for Azure access, as we provide lab support via KEWA group and its 24/7 Zoom meetings. When you enroll in an Azure live course, you'll receive a complimentary KEWA membership. For details on how to extend the KEWA membership after the free period at no cost or for a fee, please refer to the KEWA page. KEWA membership also comes with the Cloudericks Ultimate Membership, which also adds recordings and course materials to KEWA.

For standard Azure courses such as AZ-104, AZ-400, and AZ-305, we grant access for three months, coinciding with the first live batch after you enroll. This ensures you can complete all labs and projects during a live batch, which typically lasts 2-3 months. For advanced courses 4MCEA and 7MCEA, complimentary Azure lab access and KEWA group membership are provided for four and seven months, respectively.

Current KEWA members without active Azure access can request Azure access at just Rs. 499 ($6) per month or a special rate of Rs. 999 ($12) for three months, aligning with the schedule of a live batch.

Rules and Guidelines for Azure Cloud Access

Submission of Azure Cloud Access Form: To obtain Azure cloud access and receive a StudentID, you must complete and submit the Azure cloud access form.
Resource Group Naming Convention: Upon receiving your StudentID, you are required to create a resource group following this specific naming format: [ModuleNumber]_[StudentID]. It is crucial to adhere to this naming convention.
Deletion of Resource Group Post-Lab: Once you have finished the lab, you must delete the resource group. If the lab extends beyond one day, you must request permission to retain the resource group. Failure to comply may result in penalties, and/or the resource group may be subject to removal.
Proper and Secure Use of Azure Access: You are required to use your Azure access strictly for the intended educational purposes of conducting lab exercises or project tasks as directed by your instructor. Ensure compliance with all applicable security policies and best practices, which includes safeguarding credentials, responsibly managing personal data, and avoiding the deployment of unauthorized services. Any unauthorized use, misuse or security policy violation may result in immediate revocation of Azure access and potential removal from the course without any refund, along with other disciplinary actions.
Cancellation Policy and Refund: Should we need to cancel the Azure subscription from our end prior to the 3-month duration, we will issue a prorated refund from the date of cancellation.
