Once you complete this, you will be ready to start any module within the AZ-104 course. We will infact be learning the topics from the playlist again along with detailed labs, but having an understanding of them before starting the course will really help you make most out of the program. When is the next batch starting?
April 19, 2025. That said, our program is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing you to start at any time. After completing the prerequisite videos, you'll be ready to join live classes from any of the following sections:

• Section 1: Modules 1-2 (Identity and Governance)
• Section 2: Module 3 (Administration)
• Section 3: Modules 4-6 (Networking)
• Section 4: Remaining modules (Compute, Backup, and Monitoring)

The program operates on a continuous cycle: Section 1 → Section 2 → Section 3 → Section 4 → Section 1... This means if you start with Section 3, you'll complete the program with Section 2. You won’t need to wait for a new batch to begin.

If you encounter any difficulties with the concepts, we’re here to provide personalized support and help you get onboarded smoothly. Additionally, you’ll have access to live classes for one year, enabling you to attend up to four complete cycles.

Currently, mandatory classes are held on weekends at 7:30 AM Mountain Time (9.30 AM Eastern Time or 7 PM India Time) on weekends. Lab support and doubt-clearing assistance are available throughout the week from Tuesday until Saturday by a dedicated technical engineers team.

We are also planning to launch a batch in the US/Canada evening (India morning) soon, which will benefit students from Australia and New Zealand as well. 4mcea students from one batch can attend other batches too for up to an year from their enrolment.

Yes, you will get Azure subscription access for practicing labs of AZ-104 modules 2-11. However any additional recipes provided outside of the syllabus for advanced learning in each module may not work in the provided lab environment.

Module 1 doesn't need a subscription as we cover Microsoft Entra ID topics and you will be able to do most of the labs for free even if your free tier subscription is expired.

Azure subscription is provided for a duration of four months within the one-year of course access. You can choose when to initiate your lab access by requesting in the 4mcea group - some students start from the beginning, while others activate it later. 

Yes, recordings will be uploaded to the BuddyTutor.com portal on a best effort basis. After watching the recording if you have any doubts, you can ask the doubts in the KEWA group. In case recording cannot be uploaded there will be a repeat session asap.

BuddyTutor 4MCEA Free with Deposit Program Policies

1. Eligibility:
   • 1.1 This program is designed for unemployed individuals but is open to anyone who can commit 120 minutes per day for 120 days to community work that supports building and strengthening communities and students.
   • 1.2 Class time does not count toward this commitment.
   • 1.3 Deposit option is available only if you can send money from Canada or India, as it is difficult for us to refund to other regions. If you are from other regions, you can join by paying the deposit amount as a fee, which is only 25% of the regular fee (75% off). If you have to reenrol because of not following the guidelines, this amount will have to be paid again similar to how those enrolled with deposit has to pay the deposit amount again.
   • 1.4 Paid 4MCEA students can start the internship program for free without any deposit or fee. If you have to reenrol because of not following the guidelines, a deposit or reduced fee (75% off) will have to be paid as mentioned in point 1.3.
2. Tasks:
   • 2.1 Tasks may include preparing lab documents, quizzes, or other mutually agreed activities at the start between you and BuddyTutor.
3. Daily Updates and Interactions:
   • 3.1 Share daily updates in the Azure Cloud Facebook group and the community WhatsApp group designated for 'free with deposit' students.
   • 3.2 If no task or group is assigned, prioritize any pending task from the previous day or week.
   • 3.3 If no pending tasks exist, watch a video from Cloudericks or CodingArchitect YouTube channels and share a summary.
   • 3.4 Updates must be posted within 24 hours each day.
   • 3.5 You need to engage on all team member posts on various groups through comments (e.g. feedback), shares, or just a like.
4. Work Schedule:
   • 4.1 Choose 5 working days and a 2-hour time window on those days.
   • 4.2 The timing must be the same on all days, except on weekends if it overlaps with sessions. In that case, choose a different time to avoid conflict.
5. 7-Day Consistency Check:
   • 5.1 To demonstrate commitment, share updates consistently for the first 7 days before being added to the complete program and groups.
6. Informing Absences:
   • 6.1 If unable to join or complete a task, inform the team in advance.
   • 6.2 In emergencies, notify the group without waiting for approval. Valid reasons will be accommodated.
7. Proof of Work:
   • 7.1 Track daily updates and screenshots in a Word document.
   • 7.2 Share the proof of work every week on the last working day (e.g., Friday if working Monday to Friday).
8. Grace Period:
   • 8.1 If any task or required hours from your 5-day work week is incomplete, finish and share the tracking document before the preferred start time for the next week. No further exceptions will be granted.
9. Failure to Meet Commitments:
   • 9.1 Failing to meet guidelines will result in forfeiture of the deposit and require re-enrollment. First failure leads to deposit forfeiture; second failure requires re-enrollment.
10. Refund Policy:
    • 10.1 The refundable deposit will be returned within 30 days after successful completion of the program, provided all rules are followed.

Anyone who can commit 2 hours per day is eligible to join the internship program.

• If you're a free student, please refer to the FAQ titled “How can I learn free with Deposit?” for the process.

• Paid students can join without a deposit. However, aside from the deposit and the requirement to share updates in the Facebook group, all other guidelines remain the same as described in the same FAQ.

If a paid student misses their commitment for the first time, they will have the option to pay the deposit and continue without the requirement to share updates on Facebook.
If they miss a second time, they must either:

1. Pay a fee equal to one month’s EMI to restart internship without the need to share updates in Facebook group, or

2. Pay the deposit and fully follow the process outlined in the FAQ “How can I learn free with Deposit?”

Full time interns completing 1 month (30 days, 8 hours per working day) will be eligible to request for stipends. While we strive to offer stipends based on the candidate's financial situation and our funds availability/profit, stipends are not guaranteed.

If you enrolled in the regular paid (non-EMI) option and don’t find value within 20 days, you can request a refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided you attended all sessions, live quizzes, and completed labs and assignments on time until the refund request is made. Refunds will be processed before the batch ends.
